Where do you ship from and do you ship internationally?
All Glissoria orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. We currently deliver to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, international shipping is not available, but we look forward to expanding in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders shipped within the United States include free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required. There are no extra handling fees or hidden costs — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method within 14 business days once the return is approved.
What payment options are available?
We currently accept PayPal and Venmo for all purchases. Each payment is processed securely through encrypted gateways, ensuring your personal and financial information remains fully protected during checkout.
