How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they are in slightly used condition.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. At Glissorisa, we want returns to be stress-free. We provide a downloadable return label, and we cover the cost of return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued in USD back to your original payment method.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. In total, expect your order within 8–17 business days in the United States.
